Treatment Approach

I believe that you and I are partners in the therapeutic process. While I can bring guidance, a different perspective, and therapeutic interventions, you are the true expert on your life. Together we will explore solutions that fit your therapeutic goals and life. I practice from a systemic lens, believing that no one exists in a vacuum and we often need to discuss various aspects of our identities to understand the full picture. I practice teleheath in following states: OR, CA, WA, CO, ID, UT, FL, NY, and AZ. I have listed my specialty areas below:

Life transitions, establishing boundaries, individuals exploring family dynamics, transgender/gender non-conforming care (including medical evaluation paperwork), adjusting to chronic illness or new medical diagnosis, women's healthcare

I charge $300 for a 55min visits and $150 for a 25min visit.
